Well after discussing this with shadow I am going to take up the gaunlet of hosting this war in Augusta, Georgia. Lets get this ball rolling. I am making this threads the information thread for this summer war. I want to see a great turnout so work with me here people.

I want to see all you southerners there and I will include more details such as pictures of the field and a more concrete date very soon. I know gas is high, but hey, its time we bring SENO back so come make this one a war to remember!

Other Info:

We can order out for some pizza during the day or everyone can bring their own lunch or a few bucks so we can order.

Guns will be banned on a case by case basis.... All titans are out, most homemades, and bbbb's and lbb's with pumps plugged are also out.

I'm not sure if I can personally attend the war myself, but I'm fairly sure that at least 4-5 of my people will be able to go.

A good secondary location in the event that we cannot use the Garrett playground is Warren Road Park.

Edit: I should be able to go if the war is on 8/2.

Is this going to be an all day event, or just an afternoon thing?

26th is best for me, I cannot make it on the 8-2, and 7-19 is pushing it. Once a date is set, how about setting up a facebook event? That's one of the best ways to get the word out to non-forum members.

We could ptobably go from 12PM to 6PM. Thatd be a decent length of war time.

How about we try to set this thing up before lunch? 12-6 for most of that time will be miserable to nerf in.

Whatever times works for you all just let me know. So far I am getting that the concensus is the 26th.

For times, I was thinking 10-4. The reason being is, I live 3 hours away and ending later than 4 would mean getting in late. That's just a suggestion, if 12-6 works for most people than that's ok. I would still have to leave at 4, so nothing later than 12 for a start time please. If the time does run through lunch, then I suggest we have a 30min-1hour lunch break.

Just mentioning that 10 to 4 is the hottest part of the day, not that I personally care. If we do decide to do it during this time frame, A side of nerf's lunch break idea would be good.

Keep in mind my offer. If we do the war at Warren Road we can go from 12 to 6 and then I'll pack something for us to eat and then my pool is open until 9. And not many people are there at night. I think we should try something with rotating on who will bring snacks and Gatorade. Since this is a club sport, we should really try to think these things out more...But then again, I'm the only girl, so I'm pretty much the only one to plan on food... Well can we set something up? I'll be in charge of it if need be.

I can't stay for the pool party I'm afraid. I'll need to get back on the road pretty soon after the war. 12-6 sounds good to me.

No news from my clan yet, but I'm planning on attending and will bring whomever I can.

Any news from the Floridians? is this going to primarily be a Georgian war or is this going to be a full blown SENO?

So is it still going to be at the elementary school? I can't come if it's not in Augusta though because it is planned around a family vacation. This war is going to rock though. So is 12-6 the decided time?

It will be in augusta at the elementary school yes. Is everyone up for July 26th from 12-6 PM?

I want to make this a full blown SENO so I would love to hear from any nerfers from Alabama and Flordia that want to come, as well as those from up North.

Yeah, the 26th and 12-6pm are both good for me. Could you post some pictures of the playground. If there is a clan battle, would straglers just pick a clan?

Zaxbys, I can get the pictures of the playground for you if you need me to. I live about 5 minutes away from the school.

My clan members have not given me a solid number on how many of them can attend. As for myself, there is a good chance I will be able to attend the 26th, so put me down as coming.

Erin: I'm not sure how the food/drink thing is going to go. So far, the clan has been everyone for themselves. Priority number one is water. We need to make sure there's enough of it.
