1/2 cpvc = micro
If its too tight get a 1/2 inch drill bit and drill through the pipe and it will be perfect. I do it to all my cpvc.

The difference is, the measurement of CPVC is external diameter and the measurement of sch40 PVC is internal diameter. Unless your dealing with SDR.15 or sch20 (thinwall).its definatly CPVC. I didn't even know there was a difference.
Use this for future reference,
1/2in. CPVC- 1/2in. external diameter
1/2in. PVC sch40- 1/2in internal diameter

That is incorrect. The inner diameter of cpvc is close to 1/2 inch and the inner diameter of pvc is closer to 5/8. Neither pvc nor cpvc have the measurements you described for them.Quote

No. I have 1/2 inch CPVC.Banshee, on Jun 17 2008, 12:04 PM, said:
Too small? I use that all the time on mine... Do you have 3/4 inch cpvc?Either way I still have CPVC that my darts don't fit in. And if I were to drill it out, I'd need a 9/16 drill bit because the 1/2 is too small.
