If I may ask, what is the practical value of the low-cap mag? I mean, it has a smaller size, clearly, but I don't see how that is really practical. The 6/7-dart clip is not terribly large and I don't find that it gets in the way. As far as I can see, the size reduction from the low-cap one is not a large enough benefit to reduce the amount of darts in the clip. That's just me, though.

I think it's for looks, and I like it.

Yes the low cap is just for looks, and for the pure fun of being able to switch clips in and out of the gun. I have 4 low caps and 4 regular mags for my LS and I seem to like the low cap because of being able to switch the mags and the look of them in the gun is great. I'll have a few pictures of the mag in the gun when I find those batteries.

So wait, you like the low cap mags because you enjoy having to reload your gun more often? :o

To each his own I guess.

He just did it for looks. Not everybody is completely 100% practical for wars. I also like to have just simple cosmetic things. He's got atleast 4 other clips too, so that's 24 shots right there.

Some of us read the whole post, rather than stopping at the first bit of punctuation we find:

He did it both for looks, and so he'd have to reload more often. Like I said, to each his own.

I read the whole post, thank you.

When I read the part about switching the Mags, I was thinking he was referring more to cosmetically.

If he meant he liked reloading more often, I thought he would've just said that, and besides, he's only got one low-cap mag. No need to get touchy.

Oh jeez. Actually, to be technical, I said his 'post'. In his recent post with pictures it does not mention his number of clips. I totally skipped over his post where he says he has four.

I'll just go over there and stand in the corner now.

Yes I like reloading the clips, although the low caps were made more for looks than for the fun of reloading. I just have fun with it if thats not wierd to say?

Also i'm almost done with the lower unit add on, which was my "new project." It is in a way a M203 launcher, but i'm unsure if i'm going to have it shoot one dart, several darts, or a rocket like round from it. Or possibly a combination that I can switch? It will be removable just as the real thing, and should look descent once I get it mounted and fixed up as I like.

Also i've added some fillings to some gaps for a better look.

Once again, these are mostly all pure cosmetic add ons, few internal/external modifications can be added to make it shoot any better.

Edit: I'll be getting new pictures when I get back home and finish up the bottom add on, i'll be out for a day or two so it might not be updated till monday.

Well i'm sorry to bring this back from the dead, but since I am the topic starter I think it's okay. Mods, correct me if i'm wrong as I haven't been on for a while now.

Anyways, this gun hasn't seen much action let alone changes, and all it has been doing is collecting dust in my closet, so I freshened it up alittle, gave it a silencer (obviously it doesn't work) and i'm selling it on ebay.
