Ok, so for the past couple of hours, I havent been able to access the pages. I just get "509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded". Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, this is happening to me as well.
On both NerfWiki and NHQ.

I'm having the same problem, yet for me it says, 403, instead of 509.
