I think they look extremely akward dangling off the sides.

I think the idea of this gun is quite practical. The only things it needs are: Stronger adhesive and everything must be glued in place. Zudikas and I will further improve this gun a decent amount I'm sure, so everyone attending SPANO, look out .

I think everyone who reads or contributes to this site needs to take a big stap back and reallize we're discussing nerf guns. The fate of absolutely NOTHING important depends on what you, me, or anyone else does

yes, the hot glue will eventually break. But we will epoxy it. The hot glue was to get it in place for further reinforcement. It will be ready by SPANO.Ha, finally you posted this. As some of you know, I am friends with Zudikas in real life, so around 7 tonight, I quickly biked to Zudikas' house to see this. It is pretty functional, the SMDTGs are pretty easy to fire. But the pumps are not attached to the gun, and are not capped offed properly, so they often pop out while pumping. Another thing is that the whole thing is glued together with just hot glue. I told him about my AT3k/RF20 integration and how about half way through a war, the AT3k broke off. The way I see it, not matter how much hot glue you but on something, it will brake eventually.

Yes, it is awkward and anoying, but I never planned to keep it Like this. I didn't have time to find a good place for it because I did the mod the same day I posted this. Once I find a good place to attach the pumps, I will post a new picture.Do you plan on attaching the smdtg pumps to the big blast body"

Even duct-taping one gun to another gun "qualifies" as an integration. What he has currently, is crappy, but it is still a legitament integration. And Spartan, so what if Kbarker did this already? Ideas can be used by more than one person. Instead of having them on the sides like they are, attach the belly on so they don't protrude as much. And since you have'nt minimized it, I would put a coupler in there, and then put the SMDTG's inside of the faux barrel that the rockets fit inside of, with some clever dremeling and such, then put the pumps on the outside, and the detonators next to the pumps. It's hard to explain, but you should be able to figure it out. If you want my honest opinion, currently, it looks like shit. But I think in a day or two you could easily make it a lot cleaner. That looks more like you just taped them on then an integration.
It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.

The body parts you left of the SMDTG can be taken off and you'll be left with the pump, the tank and the barrels, which can then be attached to the body. If you really feel like using tape and hot glue this would be much less likely to break. I advise you to hold off on the epoxy until you're completely sure you've got the gun how you want.
Kbarker on the other hand mounted the SMDTGs into the body of his gun, making them safe from snags and falling off and what not. His thread is here. I would take a look, it will make your gun much better looking and much more efficient...even if it will take longer to do.
Good luck!

Thanks for the help, I'll definately take a look at his mod. You're going for something wonderful, and as mentioned Kbarker did it earlier. And there are some fairly simple things you can do to make it smaller and a bit less of a cumbersome eyesore,
