I want to make my bbb fire stefans, and I'm thinking of either doing the bbs (big bad sexy) mod or shoving a crayola barrel down in the barrel that fires the arrows, and putting pvc around the crayola for stability.

Definitely take a look at the CoC. You will find the info you need. You made three different topics to ask questions about one blaster.

Well, the CPVC will be harder, but you will get more ranges with it. The crayola is easy, there is a way were you use a metal AAA battery flashlight to get the pegs out. If you don't have one(flashlight), go for the CPVC barrel.

I recommend using a rose art marker, they are cheaper then crayolas and they don’t have the ridges one the inside.
Take off the back part of the marker with pliers and take out the ink thing inside.
Cut off the front part that has the writing end, and now you have a rose art barrel.
Now to put in the 3b.
I took a pair of pvc pipe cutters and cut off part of the barrel just under the ar at the end.
The pull out the piece resembling a barrel post inside.
Put hot glue around the rose art barrel and put it inside the stock barrel.
It’s not perfect but it works.
