Okay, first things first. Here were my goals/requirements for this modification/integration:

-Must fire stock nerf darts for safe inter-dorm fighting
-Successfully integrate SMDTG into my 3B's body
-Maintain a decent appearance
-Allow the SMDTG to be removed for possible future integration (These things are hard to find in the Atl)

So working with those parameters I sat down and looked at where best to place parts of the SMDTG because unfortunately the 3B has almost no empty internal areas compared to some guns. I started by modding the 3B with a 9 inch telescoping brass barrel. I couplered it using the stock barrel. I also added nf ar springs to reinforce the two plastic side pieces that allow you to cock the gun. Then I removed the SMDTG's ars and sanded the inside of the barrels to allow taggers to slide partway down them. I also sealed the hole in the trigger. Now onto the integration. (These things have all been done before and can be found in the modifications directory.)

I'm sorry for the picture problems, my camera has no macro feature and imageshack refuses to resize my photos. (I prefer video to pictures, I choose to remain ignorant in the ways of photography.)

I pondered putting the pump or trigger in the back part of the 3B but didn't want cables in an area that would be contracting/expanding. So I kept the SMDTG all on the forward casing of the 3B.

First thing is I dremeled away a hole in the front of the 3B.
Posted Image
You'll find that the pump fits perfectly in this area.
Posted Image
Now put the assembled pump inside, mark where the tubing hits the wall and drill that area out.
Posted Image
Now your pump rests perfectly within your 3B so go ahead and epoxy it down, I used hot glue so that I could remove it later.
Posted Image
I decided to place the trigger assembly for the SMDTG close to where my thumb is, feel free to place yours in a different location.
Posted Image
Now sand out room for the tubes to squeeze in that gap between the main chamber and the upper support rail. Your trigger won't even need adhesive here as the tight fit and curves of the gun cradle and hold the trigger tight.
Posted Image
Now the pump and trigger are in and secure so get ready to add the SMDTG barrels.
Posted Image
Once you've modded your SMDTG to your preference, sand down the pegs for the screws.
Posted Image
Now get your epoxy putty out and secure the SMDTG to the side of your 3B. I also used some epoxy in certain areas for a stronger bond. Also connect all of the tubing together.
Posted Image
Congratulations you now have the 3B's power and accuracy with a SMDTG's quick fire!

I can't give accurate ranges because of the wind here right now but I'm getting well over 70 feet with the 3B's shots right now while the SMDTG is giving me about 60 feet at it's farthest (with 30 pumps). I will also be in Peru from the 24th to the 31st so get in your questions, comments, concerns now! Paint job will come when I return.

So how's my first write-up, besides the photo problems?

Nerf already came out with a gun called the wildfire. It's a full auto gun, like the RF20. But nice work, and even though there's tubing on the outside, it looks clean. Might want to re-barrel the SMDTG though.

Ah, well I doubt that having the same name will anger anyone. Anyways one can't rename a creation so I'll search for the names I use in the future.

I tried running the more elegantly but there wasn't enough room, I plan to glue it down when I paint it though.

As for re-barreling, I get great ranges already so I plan to stick with what I got, although to users who wish to re-barrel I say go for it!

Great integration. Very clean write-up too. Can't wait to see the paintjob. Also, what mods have you done to your BBB? Otherwise good job.

Couplered it, added a 9 inch telescoping brass barrel, and of course AR removal.

Why can't one rename their creation? I changed the name on an old homemade of mine twice. Plus, when someone tries to search for Wildfire (the real one) and they see yours, it will probably confuse them.

The write-up is good and the pics aren't that bad, but the name is going to bother alot of people. If you called it Wildfire and it was a homage to the original but of your own design, I can see calling it Wildfire, like FA_24's Lancer pays respect to the one from the game, but yours, though an honest mistake, will annoy some people. Just change the name to something similar. Not that hard to do and not a problem.

Nice integration. Like ice said, it looks quite clean for having the tubing sticking out. The pics are not a bad size, I like them larger, but not so large you have to sidescroll. I know a lot of people saw off the front handle, but is it now harder to cock? About the name, you could rename it to something like Forest-fire, or Spider-fire, or something like that. (Both of them sound really cheesy) On an unrelated note, I like how you took that final pic on the pool table. It makes the gun have a certain aura about it, I can't really describe it. It's just, well, cool. You really should do heavier modifications to the SMDTG, though.

It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.

Actually, I find it much easier to cock it with the front handle removed. This of course, is my personal preference. The SMDTG made it awkward at first but I now have a good grip on cocking the gun. As for the SMDTG, I'm fine with it's current modified state. But, feel free to modify yours how you see fit. You know I didn't really think of it when I took the pics but the pool table does have a unique effect.

As for the name, I'm keeping it. I'll just leave it off of the site to avoid unnecessary confusion.

Very nice! You should do a write-up for it. I would definitely like details on how you did yours. Are there only two barrels?

...Anyways one can't rename a creation...

Not true. My beloved Crossbow was originally named Fibonacci, but after I messed up one side of the shell when painting, I renamed it Jekyll & Hyde.
*ON TOPIC:* Nice integration, very clean. It's amazing how well the pump fits into that space. And, maybe (probably) I'm just crazy, but that SMDTG looks, well...huge. I've never seen one, but looking at the third-to-last pic, it looks like it would never fit on ones wrist. BTW: I have a suggestion for a name. "Spiderlegs."

So far 2... I used Hornet tanks for it, the range is way better than the SMDTB's.

I like how you attached the pump though! I was going to do that, but I decided It'd be harder...
Great job! Do you have any leaks? I have 1...

Salmon:
It's my personal code, once I name something, it stays. The smdtg does look huge in that pic but it isn't really to terribly large. I do wish it was a tad bit smaller though.

keef:
Right now I don't have any leaks except around the trigger screw. As for the pump, attaching it like that was actually incredibly easy; like 3 minutes and you're done with that part easy. As for the hornet tanks, I like them, but I'd never buy a Hornet though. (College puts strain on one's budget)
