Ok, this is an extremely simple project, you will need
1. A peace signPosted Image
2. One of the metal sides from a wooden ruler Posted Image
3. And a rubber band Posted Image

Ok, bend the metal thing like so: Posted Image

Then put the rubber band on your peace sign:Posted Image

Then put the metal thingso that it will pull back the rubber band like so:

Pull back the two metal ends and let go!
Max ranges: 40-50 feet, every inch being accurate and in effective range.

The Story:
Me and my friends were bored in class and so I took a ruler and a rubber band from the teachers desk (ruler as a sword, rubber band as a shootable thing) and the teacher gets pissed about the rulers, so I come up with a solution. The covertness of a rubber band, but with more accuracy and much larger range!
