[Cheese-Boy]

Nano is back, and after a good review and turnout rate from first month of April, we're grabbing the Orange County Crew, back to Santiago Park , June 14th. So, it's after CAFF and before Armageddon. And there are rumors coming from 'Bags that there is a Yano, after Nano (pro'lly 2 weeks after nano), just before 'Geddon. so, i wanted to shoot it out there to make it happen.

WHERE AND WHEN

When? - SATURDAY June 14th, 10am - 4pm


Some other things to expect:

There is a new spot in the Park, that I scouted out and reported to Bags. He agrees that it's a unique playing field and we even created a NEW GAME that is specifically designated to that field. so, be there to experience that (honestly, it will be a blast!!).

Also, i almost, but didn't, get to play the Egg-Hunt game (those of you who were there know what i'm talking about). but this time, I'm hoping to have enough easter eggs to use this time. so there are TWO new games to play.

- new edit - Also, seeing as how June 14th is Flag Day, i'm setting up a light semi-patriotic theme. I was thinking 'bout having a 21 Gun salute, and some special CTF matches involving "the Colors". You don't have to wear red, white, and blue, but if you felt compelled, then more power to ya, "... in america".

PLEASE please let me know if you're coming!

Also, as I've said before, there's not a SoCal War I didn't want to attend... I'll be there, and hopefully so will Tony and Pilz.

Unless Cheese-boy's fallen off the face of the earth, expect this to happen as planned. I believe I'm coming, and will do what I can do bring a good chunk of the Knights with me. Bags and his end of SCUN should be coming as well. But I figured I'd come resurrect your pathetic war thread so the rest of those planning on making it will remember and actually come.

yeah, we really don't have set "factions" or anything, it's just more of a "old habits die hard" and "we still will pester our same people" kind of thing in terms of the "sections" Falcon and I run. SCUN started when we realized that our clans were pretty much all SoCal nerf was for about 2 years, aside of a small few, so it was an "Umbrella Organization" as it were, a way to bring all the scattered bits of SoCal under one banner. when the rest of Y'all came in, you just became part of SCUN. you won't be the new guys forever...but those of us who were Members of Narf/The Black Kinights kinda will always still have our old affiliations or something.

Nowadays it's really more of a socialist commune anyway.

I'm in. And I'll do my best to bring Katie along for some photography. She probably won't be there all day, but maybe if I tell her there's a mall nearby or something she'll come for part of the day.

How long have you guys been planning this one? Cuz this is the first I've heard about it....

And Greg, what are we doing about rides? I can drive, but who else will be? Cuz I can't take all the Knights.

Ok, I was just reminded that the 14th is Katie's grad party, so I most likely will not be going. Or maybe I'll go but leave early. Need to figure out times and if they need help setting up and stuff. I'll get back to you.
