So recently I've been playing N64 games. And I have this game called Turok 2, it's an FPS where you go around as this guy and fight dinosaurs. There was actually a newer Turok game released recently for the Xbox360. Anyway, the game is really cool, the graphics are pretty good for a nintendo 64 game, and there are some really awesome weapons you can get. My favorite gun by far would be the Cerebral Bore. It locks on to an enemy's head and fires a probe that flies around and chases the victim until it bores into their skull and gouges out their brain, after which it explodes and blows their head off. Pretty sweet, huh? There is one thing, though. The single-player levels are huge and very confusing, and it takes a very long time to complete all of your objectives. So in technical terms, this is a good game, it's just the fact that I find myself going in countless circles when I'm trying to explore, that I get frustrated and don't want to play it for a long time.

But I wanted to know what other people thought of this game. Who here has played it?

I owned all 12 turok games on the market before the latest one. I LOVE turok 3 though. For the N64 it was amazing. Haven't had a chance to play through turok 2 yet. Almost done with one, and halfway into the Rage Wars tournament.

The multiplayer is pure insanity when playing with friends. I mean, bows, cerebral bores, and miniguns.

True that, I love the multiplayer. Especially the charge dart rifle, you can electrocute your enemy and while they're disoriented, you can escape and get more health.

You know, I remember vaguely, when I was young, probably 7,8, (around 2000, 2001) I think my dad had a turok game. I think it was turok 3. I just remember playing it once, and I wandered around with some big gun, and it was kind of forest-jungle, dark area, and I remember killing dinosaurs. It was pretty violent, so my dad did'nt want me playing it anymore. But I think it was for gamecube, because I don't remember ever owning an N64. The GC was the first game system my parents got for me and my brother. But did they ever release one for the GameCube?

I played Turok 2 where you start with a flare...Always got the next gun in the area past the ladders in the top of the building. The first weapon sucked donkey dick...
