[Your nerf killa]

Hi, I got these pics from around the site so, Enjoy.

Things that are needed:
Screw driver
Scout
Long Shot Front Gun
Super glue(additional)

We first start off by removing the screws on the cocking mechanism.

Then we remove the rest of the screws,then you will see the internals.

Next grab the front gun of the Long Shot (I couldn't find any pics of it so sorry and yes i searched I could only find intergrations of it)

Take out the spring from the Long Shot Front Gun and twist the end of the spring with the end of the Scout spring until it is even, now put everything back together and wallah range increase.

I haven't measured range cause my scout is a little messed up but it was a huge difference of range on mine.

Edit: Sorry about the pictures I don't know why they aren't working.

Double Edit: Oh forgot, what i meant in the super glue thing is put a dab of it on the rod to cock it to give strength

Triple Edit: Ok I got the ranges 36' flat 40' slightly angled

Quadruple Edit: I did a Barrel replacement with the petg i had lying around my dad bought from a shop, not OMC, but the ranges are better 45' least 55' highest and I don't want to make a writeup on how to make a barrel replacement and this is my first.

I suggest removing the AR's, too. A few other simple things would be like a barrel replacement and adding e-tape under the o-ring. Other than that, I guess it's a good mod for new modders.

Can't see images but otherwise good job. Try doing an AR removal and a barrel replacement, those will help.

Sry for some reason when i copy OfAllTheNerf's Scout pictures when he was doing barrel replacement and please tell me how to fix

and by the way my little scout has no o ring anymore cause I kept opening it up and accidently stretched it so it doesn't fit so instead i use some electric tape.

I appreciate Scout mods. It reminds me of cleaning garbage cans. When your work is done, you scratch your head and wonder "why?".

Best mod for a Scout in my humble opinion: Remove the slide and glue it to another gun (so you can put neat N-Strike accessories on say a SSII) then throw out the rest
