Well my double shot has been broken for about 4 months until today.... I opened it up to scrap it for parts when I found these.

Here is another picture with a NF spring for size comparison

While the o-rings are utterly useless the springs are actually quite powerful. Just thought I would share this with everyone.

I dissagree about the orings. I used one for my syringe homemade and it works quite well. Id keep them.

Yeah, I scraped most of my RFR and the spring in that is also fairly powerful. The RFR spring is near 14lb. when fully compressed.

I modded my NF, then later on, I got this spring from my friend and stuck it in. It went from 65, all the way to 80. Awesome spring.

how would one of them work in a LS?
Which would be better RFR or DS for a LS?

Well a RFR spring is about the same has a DS spring. You arent going to get a huge range decrease if you dont pick the right one. I would just go with the DS spring. As for working in an LS, I have no clue but my guess is that since it is the same size has an NF spring it should work just fine.

Yeah, the DS springs are pretty powerful. I have one in my NF and it can go 70' flat. The only problem that I encountered is that you have to cut a piece of plastic ( I used a plastic lid from a food container ) and put it behind the spring. If you don't then the spring will keep slipping out and catching on the plastic behind the plunger.
