I've got some over at NerfHQ of the internals. I think the spring you are missing is the one that goes on the orange sight. If you lost it you can just take one out of a machanical pencil. The only Ratchetblast internal pics I know of are Yakman's.
The picture is in this gallery(You'll have to wait however for NerfHQ to come back online.) NerfHQ Gallery

Yeah, this thing is probably going to go into either the selling pile, or I might just use the shell for a mini-shotgun design I have coming along. Only time will tell if this RB will be destined for being garbage, or a spiffy shell.

Janga, yes, I'm trying to incorperate a shot gun design I have. I will be milling and making openings in the shell, and HOPEFULLY I will incorperate the cocking mechanism.
If any of you understand this here goes.
If you remember my Shotgun topic (Shot gun is in pieces, not yet assembled), you will see I mentioned that my barrels would be on a hinge, making them realistic, and breech loading. If you get my thinking, I will make a hole on the inside of the RB's handle assembly and make my barrel so that when you make the cocking motion, the hole will line up with the barrel, enabling me to load a dart. Airtightness is a concern, but I'll figure something out. I'm going to make a hole on the side of the handle, near the trigger and put my ball valve through it. The air tank will be in the forward handle, underneath the barrel, attached to the fireing chamber by a vinyl tube. If all goes well, and I use O Rings to make the barrel as airtight as possible, I will have an amazingly realistic home-made, in a spiffy shell, made perfectly for my hands.
As you can see, there are most likely more flaws than I am ready to admit, but, it's a dream, and if I can't get my RB to work, at least I have a project to work on. Maybe some day this'll be in the homemades section of this site... most likely not, since only the best are allowed there, but I'm allowed to hope, aren't I?
Thanks again.

Opening Uses a large bathroom towel -After you have unscrewed the casing but before you open it, cover it with a towel then take the two halves apart. The towel should prevent the springs from flying way into oblivion.
Closing- the two catch springs can be a royal pain to keep in place when closing up the RB. Try useing a little hot glue on the contact points to prevent them from flying away.
Don't forget to eat your meat based vegetable substitute children.
