Do you mean you want to have the planger start the dart moving
,and then the airtank act as a booster kind of like how multi stage rocket work???

The timing required for this would be tough. You would probably need a solenoid connected to an airtank, which would have to be connected into the plunger or barrel somehow. From there, you would need to have a switch that engaged the solenoid when the plunger had traveled a given amount to add the air. I can post a picture of what I mean if you like. Really though it would be better to just leave it or just have air power, not both.

That so needs to be added that hilarious quote to my signature, while playing with my butthole; but I have to agree with Slug. Why would you want to boost it with the Titan? Just shoot it with the Titan. Or just the Long Shot. This isn't practical or even beneficial. But, keep plugging away with the spring/air powered hybrids (I have one in the design phase) and you may come up with something neat. All of that aside, your idea sucks.

If you can't even convey your concept clearly and have to force people to play 20 questions then you should not start a topic and should instead just GO TRY TO MAKE IT. Report back when you have it working.
In fact, people should not be posting "I have such and such idea" threads anyways because most of the time they never result in a working blaster.
