Alright, It's time to start planning for FARMageddon.

What? Farmageddon

Where? Davenport or Bettendorf, Iowa

When? June/First week of July?

Why? To have fun nerfing


As for what to bring and what not to bring, I'm gona have to quote cx.

Bring:

* Nerf guns!
* Lots of darts
* Water
* Sunscreen
* Eye protection
* Good attitude
* Friends

Don't Bring:

* Homemades
* Dangerous darts
* Incindiary devices
* Cheaters


I've got one location in mind already. It's a park inside of the city. Has playground, lots of trees, restrooms, and tables. I'll also be able to "reserve" the location so we don't have to worry about other people being there. I'll keep looking for other locations too and post pictures.

If anyone has any further questions, regarding hotels, or the like in the area feel free to pm/aim me. There's a Menards, Home Depot, Lowes, Toys R us, and other stores if you need to make last minute preperations for the war.

As for rules/war games I'm not sure. Haven't nerfed in way too long and have never attended large scale events. I'm thinkng Team Deathmatch with a set number of lives, maybe a few pistol rounds, and some capture the flag. Post any other ideas too.

So post which dates are good, whether you can come, and the like.

Sounds interesting. My grandparents live near Madison which is a 3 hour drive to those cities. Whether I would go depends partially on if more people are going to this or GLANE. Is this really big enough to not allow homemades, in fact how much of a turnout should be expected? I think that the first week of July would be best. A good number of nerfers are still involved with things like school until mid June or so, or at least I am.

The only weekend I could come would be the first week in July, unless you want to do the war on a weekday.

Also if I can't use the +bow, that also decreases the chances of me going.

But I can use the +bow and it is the first weekend in July I will be going. And also if enough people actually go to this thing.

The dates don't work for me, but It would be awesome to have some Ioweigens(?) come Nerf in Minnesota or come to GLANE.
