On my At3k 5 of the barrels rotate perfectly fine but there is always one barrel that doesnt work properly. I'll pump it up and when the pump engages the rotation mech I hear a loud "clack" and the barrel does not auto rotate. I can manually rotate past that one barrel and they will all work fine again. Does this make sense at all? I double checked all the internals and they all seem screwed down properly and in the right spot. Am I missing something?

I will bet'cha it is the little gear thing in the rotation mechanism. There are six teeth on it, and the two of them mesh together and move each other to move the barrels. I bet one of them is off somehow, or maybe the tension spring is out of line.. I will edit with pics momentarily. I just need to upload them to photobucket. I should know about this, I have had to fix three at3k's rotation mechanisms.
EDIT: Here are the pics, Sorry about the size on the second one.
You see, in the first pic, the gears need to be alligned, but slightly off so they get proper, um.. 'Traction'. If one of the teeth is mis-alligned, or worn down, (I don't think that is the case, then it will affect rotation.

It's not like that. I put lube on it and its the same. Its just stuck. And when I cock it back it goes farther back then usual. Also I push as hard as I can and it wont go back in. I've tried the methods and they wont work. Also pics are up.
