This modification is quite possibly one of the easiest to perform, especially with limited resources.
I did this mod because of my inability to open up the gun due to rusted in screws. Fuck Goodwill stuff.
For such a simple modification, it turned out quite well.
Anyway, I'll get on with it.

You will need:
Titan
Your choice of barrel material.
Duct tape
E-Tape
and nesting material.(PVC, etc.)

Ok, step 1.
Take the PVC

and the PETG

and nest them. This will act as the base.

I used 12" of PETG inside roughly 2 1/2 inches of Sch.80 PVC.

Step 2.
Put this piece aside, you wont be using it for this mod.

Step 3.
Now line the nested PETG up with the inner threaded stub.
I removed the AR, however, you don't have to.

Wrap duct tape around as necassary.
I then sealed it with E-Tape. It is airtight now.
I used metal duct tape to stabilize it.
Finished product:

It may be fugly, but it took about 10 minutes to do, and gets 160' flat.

Interesting. How does it hold up in war conditions?

Good mod, Sputnik  .

Interesting. How does it hold up in war conditions?

As far as 5 person wars go, it works well.
I'm unstoppable from the low ground.
This, paired with my Iron Man magstrike, is a formidable pair, at least for our wars.

Cool. I'm bewildered how one can hold a Titan and an N.R.F. MagStrike, but if it works for you, I think that's just jim-dandy  .

Good job sputnik. I love it, except that the duct tape looks a bit fugly. Try wrapping etape around the base of the PVC and gooping it in. That shoud deal with the need for duct tape.

Yeah, since then I've covered it in black etape.
The point was to mod it without major tools, something newer members were asking about.

Also, the screws are rusted in(damn goodwill) so i can't open it...

Magstrike=slung over on my back.

Nice, your mods are getting better. Quick and painless. Look into a pvc coupler beside the pvc pipes next time you go. I think they are like $1.00, then you can have a removable barrel for storage. May also make it more durable as compared to the tape. However the way you made it is pretty good considering how quick it is. 160 feet is very good for stock pressures.

Yeah if you couldn't do my mod on the titan (due to lack of tools or ability to use said tools), this would be a good mod to perform. My only problem is the barrel. This doesn't just apply to yours but most singled titans. If you drop it on its barrel, it has the opportunity to move and thus, all accuracy is lost. On mine, I found, I can still rotate the titan main barrel around my inner barrel to perfectly zero it in. If you could put something else over say... half of your dart barrel, it would stabilize it and give it more rigidity. Way to work with limited supplies.

I agree. Damn goodwill. They sold me a sm5k that the guy at the store said they had wars there with. He said that it shot 50ft, easy with the mega darts that came with it. I, unfortunately believed him without testing it, and bought it for 15$. I got it home, and tried it. It wouldn't pump. Turns out, tank was busted, and it was full of dust, which shows that the guy at goodwill was lying through his teeth.

I knew they were rusty, but I figured they'd come out easier.
This fucking kid must have showered with the Titan.
Seriously.

Showered with it. Took it on long walks down the coastline. Did all the things a young boy could do with a Titan (except take proper care of it).

Sorry, useless post. Still a good mod :o .
