My local TRU has them for only 13, they have more surplus nerf stuff than they know what to do with.

It would be nice to have a Nerf Sale Directory or something. It may well be that this has been posted many times before, but I've never seen it.

This would belong in the product awareness thread, but it's old news anyway.

And, as for your new gun, it depends on whether you're going to mod it or not. The firefly is a pretty decent gun by stock standards, and pretty good when modified (Though, for some reason many people don't seem to like it). When I got mine, it was pretty bad stock, it only shot about 20 feet flat (w/ stock ammo). Now that I've modified it, it gets around 45-50 feet with whistling micros. My friend recently got one, and his performs noticeably better out of the box for some reason. Other than that...I don't know. maybe you should get a recon or something.

I would have to disagree, if your looking for a next gun, go for a longshot,BBBB, or titan if your looking for a mod [but i've proven i know nothing of mods or modding] or heck, even a recon.... or maybe anything that isn't a firefly. Although I don't like the firefly, I honestly don't believe any nerf gun is worse than any other, 'cept the preceptor or any gun that shoots any type of ball...ewwwwwww ball guns.*cringes*

As captain already said, this should be in the product awareness thread.

For your gun, choose whichever one that you want. Everyone is different and likes different kinds. Try to find one that you like the best.

When choosing a gun, I narrow it down to which is more important: Range, RoF, or Accuracy? Maybe all three are equally as valuable to you. If you like range and power I'd go with a $10 Big Blast. For rate of fire, maybe a RF20, Magistrike, or something to that effect. If you want it all, and can modify well, I'd say a LS.

It's painfully easy to modify or integrate and gets 50+ feet without much effort. For starters you can tape over the OP valve hole.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Thank god for this thread, or else I probably wouldn't have gotten off my lazy ass and bought this set. I biked to TRU and got the set for a little less then $15, with tax. I haven't opened it yet (I don't want my parents to know, but if they find out, I will tell them how ridiculously good of a deal it was), but I will later tonight. Also, I felt the need to get a gun that has my username in the title (my name is actually taken mostly from spiderman), now all I need is a Venom Shot.
