Hello there, I've tried reading all I can here(which is alot) and I was wondering as to what kinds of modding can you NOT post on the haven here? I know the code of conduct, but I don't see any rules applying to what modifications your forbidden to post here. I've been working on a neddler dart, and that's all I'm gonna say about that! Stop me from continuing the info if it's wrong to do so....

Well if you plan on nerfing with the dart/lethal weapon I suggest not doing so but if it's just for fun and shooting at targets I (me not being a very well know person) would have and have done something similar.

I would *suggest* against posting anything that could actually kill/maim someone. Stick with what is safe (won't cause severe injuries, puncture wounds, etc.) and you should be fine. Unless the mod is a complete copy of someone else's.
To be honest, if I were you, I just wouldn't post anything related to needle darts/nail darts/guns that fire feces on NH.
If there are any further questions on the topic, please do ask them now. I'm sure most of us would rather have the questions answered before someone goes and posts something so incredibly idiotic that it gets them banned.

Good, now I don't have to worry about giving the little ones out here ideas in turning their nerf guns into lethal ones. But is shames me that I did all that experimenting and no one to share it with 
oh well, maybe I can show my findings to someone in the army or something.....etheir way my research won't be posted here
