Good idea, the only problems I see with it, are that your going to need to get a special kind of valve(the kind nerf puts at the back of the pump shafts) which might be hard to get, your going to need to attach the bottom valve with an airtight movable rubber sheet that expands and contracts, you might need to make the bottom valve that is pushed up longer on the inside and larger to push air out better, and your screwed if it doesnt land on its ass.
You also must realize that if you pump to much air into it, it wil fire automatically because of the type of valve your using to release the air...
EDIT: Ok, I looked at your design a bit closer, and i take back all the corrections I made, I understand the design now, except, how will hitting the ground make the upside down "T" shaped part of the valve move backwards letting the air out? There is too much pressure on the valve for the T to just fall down because of gravity...

It's good in theory, but in reality, I really don't think it'd work. They would probably have lots of leaks, and, like THIRST said, if it doesn't land on the bottom of it, it won't explode. On top of that, I don't really see how easy aiming with a grenade would be, anyways.
