When my friend was playing with my modded BBB, and he slipped a LS clip over the cpvc barrel, just to see how it looked. Immediately, I thought about cutting a hole in the Cpvc, so I could use the clip. I don't know if it will work though. Will the shooting of the gun be too fast, and advance the next dart before the air is done leaving the barrel, and fire one good shot and one weak one with one shot? Or will all the air escape through the hole for the darts? Any advice is really welcome.

When I did'nt really know that you had to have a breach to make a clip, I thought about just cutting a hole in my barrel material, and putting a gravity fed clip on top. But then when I really thought about it, mos to all of the air would escape through the hole, and a dart would be trying to push into the barrel, so two darts would rub up against each other, and severely decrease range. It just would'nt work. You have to have a breach.

Well, that's an acception. It was a kick ass one too. I shoud do that sometime... I was wrong, it is possible to not have a breech. I guess I was going off my stupid noob design.

Not too pull off topic, but if a clip is airtight with the barrel, it doesn't need a breach?

I think he did, but he had said it didin't work, and only did it to see what a nitefinder looked like with clip on it.

The air will still fill the clip before pushing the dart out so it is very inefficent.Not too pull off topic, but if a clip is airtight with the barrel, it doesn't need a breach?

That clip is an exception. the deodorant clip is put on its cap, so it's airtight. Otherwise, there will be air leaks.You have to have a breach.

What sorts of darts other than stefans are clippable? I can't use stefans, but I can use any other dart type. I know that streamlines go into a clip okay, but they get lousy range and accuracy because they tend to float and fly off course. Streamlined indeed. :/
I've always had a hard time getting taggers to work in long barrels, and while I want to do a clip, I am afraid it might be impossible. Any suggestions?
