I don't believe they make reducers/couplers that connect CPVC to PVC and vice versa.

1/2 inch CPVC couplers fit almost perfectly into 1/2 PVC couplers so that is how I get them to combine. Im may just need a bit of sanding but they do fit. If worst comes to worst you can always hammer some CPVC into PVC.

1/2 SCH80 pipe fits most Stefans aside from the really skinny ones that some people make.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Also, both PETG and brass best inside 1/2" Sch. 40 PVC. Those will most likely be your best barrel material.

Either but a 1" to 1/2" reducing coupler and hammar a 1/2" CPVC couler into the 1/2" end or buy a 1" coupler and put a 1" to 1/2" reducing bushing in one end with the CPVC coupler in it. But arent you using 1.25" if you're making a SNAP?

PETG you can buy from OMC for .50 a foot. Brass is like I think 3.00 bucks a foot. SCH 40 PVC is ( for me here in WA ) about 1.50 for ten feet.

Actually at Lowe's, I'm pretty sure I saw a 1/2" PVC to 1/2" CPVC coupler. Maybe it was 3/4" to 1/2" CPVC, but it looked like the right size.

So if it really was what I thought it was, you could use a 1" x 1/2" PVC reducer bushing, 1" coupler, 1/2" PVC, and then the 1/2" PVC x 1/2" CPVC coupler.
