I'm trying to turn a dollar store ball pump into a springer. Does anyone know of a 6" spring that is as strong as possible without breaking dollar store quality plastic? I'm using the ball pump originally used for DCHAP-1.

If you accidentally clock somebody with a doubleshot, then you're more liable to break the doubleshot than you are to cause serious injury.

PM me if selling a NIB or LNNB LnL.

I have considered doing this many times, but I am just too darn lazy. The only good springs I can find are all variations of 9713. Two of these glued together are about 6".

I'm using 1 NF spring and 1 other spring that's about the length of NF, adding together 6". But I don't think it's pulled back as far as possible because I'm using 2 springs. I'm looking for one whole 6" spring so it can be pull back farther. I don't even know where to find a 9713, Mcmaster is the only place I can find to look at springs, and I can't find anything I can use there either.

Go to Ace. Mine aren't labled as 9713, but they have basically the same dimensions, hence the "variations" I mentioned. Just bring your NF soring and look for one about the same size.

There are too many coils if I combine 2 springs to make 1.

I believe he means the same ID and OD... not length. Just find one with about the same ID and OD as the nf spring but twice as long... or however long you need it. If it's too long you could always cut it.

No, they are a bit bigger than the NF spring but about the same length. It comes in packs of 2 and you can Goop them together.

You're not likely to find the spring you need in the length you need. Don't worry about getting the right length if you can find one that's the right diameter and wire gauge. Then simply trim it to the length you need.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

But I can't really trim something that's too short...

But you can trim something that is too long. Seriously just search your local hardware stores.
