I know that I will get thrown out like right after I post this but I need to know.

Yes I used the search function and I got nothing. I did all the things they told me to do and my Firefly still works like a Stock secret shot with cancer. :P

I need ideas as I live in Alaska and any gun you have that can throw a dart 20' is a miracle, so, some one help me. Thanks.

Well, the firefly will be poor no matter what. The only advice i can offer is replacing the spring. I used a NF spring. You may want to reinforce it, althoguh I didnt because I dont use it often. Hope it helps.

You can remove the ar's just like in a mavrick...and the spring replacement, or even a barrel replacement if you're really wanting to mod it.

I don't know what could be wrong, mine gets decent range with the AR removal alone. Maybe you should nerf indoors so the weather isn't a factor.

After the standard AR removal, if you have something like a snorkel lying around, remove the crappy air seal behind the turret and replace it with a section of snorkel. Make sure to hot glue the snorkel bit onto the plunger air tight. Also, a spring stretch and/or replacement helps. I did the afformentioned to my Firefly, and it shoots much farther than stock. I love this gun, and think some people just dismissed it as junk way too early. The comfort and ergonomic design is amazing.

Don't want to shove balls in tight spaces. Trust me, bad idea.

For sale: Vintage WWII French rifles. Dropped once, never fired.

We're not bad guys here, some of us just get annoyed too easialy. I don't have much experience with the firefly, but it may just be that your standards are just to high.

It sounds like you may just need to open it up again, make sure everything is sitting together right, the close it all up and hope for the best. I also removed my air restrictors and stretched the spring, and so far it gets about 50' with my lazy man's stefans. Beyond that, I really don't know what to tell you.

Double spring it. I used an extend-a-blast spring and some handyman spring (not the NF one). Couple that an AR removal and you can shoot STOCK darts 50' but you're lucky if you can get stefan or weighted streamlines beyond 25' still. All that power can be a pain to cock back (especially if you're doing it fast). So what I suggest as a third mod to you FF is a bolt. Drill through the large part of the cocker and shove some sort of metal bar in there. You could used an old screwdriver (as it is thick enough). I would make it removable just in case you don't like the new cocking style.

I mounted the Air system from an old model SM3K. Get twice the normal range at least. But it was a major project to get it done and workinh properly.

It would help if we specifically knew what you did to your firefly.

You kind of gave us a broad understanding of what you did. "Doing everything that the search told you to do" can range from burning the damn gun to throwing an AT2K inside.
