How exactly do I manage to get the plunger tube\chamber out to remove the AR and add a spring? I've been stuck on this for awhile. I fell kind of stupid asking a question I should know, but help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advanced guys!

1. Unscrew all the screws in the Longshot
2. Gingerly lift off half of the body shell
3. Watch for things going flying
4. Get a firm grip on the big orange thing in the back half of the gun
5. Pull out, taking note of where everything was
6. Mod to your hearts content/brains capacity
7. Put everything back as you found it
8. Place the top half of the shell back on
9. Screw in the screws
10. Done
Wait a second? a Canadian National team... just won at Hockey!?

Heres a novel idea; I'll even break it into steps for you.
1. Unscrew all the screws in the Longshot
2. Gingerly lift off half of the body shell
3. Watch for things going flying
4. Get a firm grip on the big orange thing in the back half of the gun
5. Pull out, taking note of where everything was
6. Mod to your hearts content/brains capacity
7. Put everything back as you found it
8. Place the top half of the shell back on
9. Screw in the screws
10. Done
Brilliant. You forgot to actually say ANYTHING productive though.
You can't really remove the AR.
Drill it out with a 1/2> drill bit.
I wouldn't recommend cutting the bolt to actually get the plunger out, however. It is hard to reset it later.

So anyway, if you have a Dremel, just take the bit that can cut in all directions, pop it on, and cut a small circle out of the back so that you can see what your doing, then cut out the back of the bolt until the AR comes out. Plain and simple: theres no set or easy way to do it.
I'm amazing at Forza3! I destroyed the engine of a 2mil C car by downshifting! YAY!

You can't really remove the AR.
What do you mean by that? You CAN really remove the AR...

He ment you can't pull it out, you have to drill it out.

"It worked... good." Uh-huh.

It did work well. Sry, I was in the middle of like 5 things when I made that post. Anyway, it was kind of a pain because it took way longer than I would have liked, but it was a lot easier for me than making a rig in my drill-press or holding a drill straight while it was clamped. Admittedly it was a little hard on my hands, but I was able to do it well.

Most other guns, you open the gun piece up, and they pop out. LS it is secured inside.
