Well, my stupid friend ripped apart his Mech Tommy 20 from Buzz Bee and took out the motor that makes the gun shoot. (He was trying to make it fully auto-matic) The part with the batteries in it. He asked me if I wanted the frame of the gun. I said I'd take. I mean, why not? Its free! Then I got thinking about the motor and how that makes it work. Then i thought what about a semi-automatic spring gun from the 20. Is it possible to replace the spring with the motor? And if it is possible, take out your motor and use it as a homemade. It works like a charm. My freind gets 80 feet off of his motor!

I have no idea what you're asking specifically. There have been several motorized fly-wheel based homemades. But fly-wheel based guns just don't work well enough in wars.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

I'm asking if you can make the Tommy 20 shoot darts without the motor. You would have to use a spring instead of the motor. Possible?

Yes, it's possible, but pretty worthless in my opinion. You're talking a nite-mav, but with 20 shots.
Yeah, Nite-mavs are awesome, but a lot of work. With your history, I don't think you'd pull it off. No offence.

I think it'd be both easier and wield better results to use an air-gun, like an At2k. More range, less work.
If you must do something, go with air.

If I were you, I wouldn't mess with the mods, or make stupid mistakes like misspelling their names. I mean, CAVV is really tough on that kind of thing

It's not much of an idea if you tested it already.

Sure, it's possible...it's also possible to make semi-auto, compressed air powered, NF. Not likely, or even a good idea, but it's possible. The problem with the Tommy 20 is the lack of room in the shell behind the turret. Good luck fitting anything in there and keeping the auto-rotate.
