It's hard to find water noodles in the off season (a few weeks ago I needed some and for the life of me I couldn't find any). Another option is the foam pipe insulator stuff. It's about the same thickness, so you may need to bundle it together...but it could be fun.

Local Walmarts and my TRU just began stocking the water guns and pool toys. Of course, it was 60* here yesterday, so it's pool time, I guess.

It' would be sweet to use full size versions dressed up in clothes as decoy targets for outdoor wars, to confuse people by putting them behind bunkers and stuff.
