So what do you think? The Gears of War 2 trailer came out and the Lancer is in it. The name of the trailer is "Bare your teeth". It appears that there is a new chainsaw move that you flip the Lancer into the air and stab the locust with it. Post any news in this thread.

Ya, i saw the new trailer. Its on ign.com. I didnt think that flipping the lancer upside down and shoving it in a locusts back is a new move though...

I know this an old topic, but hey I have relevant information. In multilayer and campaign you can get into chainsaw battles with your opponents. Its like a mini-game where you can eventually kill your opponents or he wins and kills you. Most of the first game characters are not coming back in the second. I know for a fact the Baird is not making an appearance I'm not sure about any one else.
We hang our flags and banners of victory off of your dead bodies.

I thought it was significant. I can't wait for GOW 2. I loved the first one. I hope they make the campaign mode longer then in the first one.

Carmine? I though he got sniped in the head? He was my favorite though...he wore a helmet.Cliffy said Carmine is coming back. Hell yeah!

Yeah, I've been doing my homework on the game because I am a HUGE fan of Gears. Cliffy B did say that Carmine was coming back, although he did not say how. As far as the campaign goes, they have made it way longer. It is supposed to be close to as long as the Grand Theft Auto games.

I think that's an exaggeration. GTA is a sandbox game, you can play it for as long as you want.
