So whats the word, did you guys actually nerf?

Well, Hersh got there early in the morning and the park was closed. I quickly sent him to McDonalds (this was about 9:30), so we could think and figure out a way to have Reckoning. Evil soon joined us and it was decided that we would wait until 10:00 to see if the park would be opened then. It was at thic point that Phil told me that the LGLF probably wouldn't show up. Especially since the people at the Parks system with the real answers are 9:00-4:30, Monday through Friday people. When we arrived, the gates were still locked. It was decided that we would still have the war at 10:30 and sneak into the park if we couldn't drive into it.

Hersh parked his car at my house and we all walked over. It was wasn't bad inside; I'd call it tranquil. The war went great until about 12:30, then it was decided that we would have a lunch break. Upon our return, a person that lived across the street must have seen us sneak in because about ten minutes later four police cars showed up. Being that the park was suppossed to be closed, and that we technically break the rules when we are there anyway, we were screwed. We all ran. Hersh, Evil, and Howie got caught and were driven away. Mantis and I were just well hidden enough not to be discovered The rest of the guys hid until we all high tailed it to my house. This was about 2:20.

Of course, I am screwed because the cops will see the Nerf guns and tell the Parks Department. This means that I'm going to be implicated first thing Tuesday morning. What a fun Tuesday will that be; plus they'll probably pin something on my mom. I really wish we had just cancelled and gone to next week, cause my life as I know it is over!

From what I hear, Hersh, Evil, and Howie are being detained over night. I just hope that when I get questioned or whatever they do to me, that I don't implicate my fellow clan mates. NJ Nerf as we know it is over; indefinitely.

Did I mention that I was kidding? We saw the park was closed at 10 and decided to have a big old Xbox LAN party in my basement. We had ten guys and three Xboxes routed together for a good 7 hours of fun. I personally enjoyed myself just as much as I would have at the war, if we had it. But considering the park was closed, we could not find an alternative, and we didn't want Hersh to come here for nothing, the LAN party was decided as the best possible alternative. Of course, at the end of the party, during clean-up, we discussed what I should say and the above story was concocted. I hope I gave you all a good heart attack.

Yeah, the roads were way to nasty for us to come down. We had a hell of a time just driving to the local pizzaria for lunch. But we tested out some freshly modded max shots at the crack of dusk with the snow coming down all around us in my backyard, and needless to say it kicked all ass, so my nephews' visit and my taking off work wasn't entirely wasted.

As to the war next weekend, I just took off work for the whole beginning of january. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get this sundy off and I don't think I'm going to be able to take off again next sunday. If I do get to take off, I will be going to my grandfather's birthday party next sunday. Sorry guys, but I won't be making it. I guess I'll be seeing you in Tindall in the spring.

Well whoever can come Sunday should come, I'll try and get this Sunday off as well. It should be cold and clear next weekend.

If any of the LGLF can come please do so. Same goes for anyone else intending to come.

Alright ladies, glad to see you had a good time in your little orgy in Pauls basement. I'm glad things went smoothly. Almost postive I'm coming next weeked. Not bring alot of shit with me, just going to chill out, get some kills and call it a manslaughter. Basically I'll be there, I hope enough people can come for a good war.

Alright, few days away. Haven't checked the weather at all for pine beach, but I've decided not to. Last week I was checking it obsessively and you see what happens. Anywho, I know the horsemen and Langley are out, but who else is coming, I hope enough that we can have a really bitchin' war.

I'll be there. Steve (Twin A) can't come though. Hersh should be there. We'll war the best we can, rumor has it that their might be some snowfall. Worse comes to worse we'll do the same thing as last time. But we will get some rounds in, if they open the park accordingly.

What say we reschedule, because Hersh said he might be able to come, some of our team cant come, and the rest of them wont be able to make it.

We might as well figure out a weekend later on that will work.

Okay well I can't keep doin this when it comes to work. Are we on or off for Sunday? If we're off I'm going to work.

But if we put it back I can't make it unless it's in February, later the better.

I'm down for a maybe. I have no idea what I'm going to do. If the weather report stays the way it is, I'm probably not coming. Reckoning, winter war, it was to be expected I suppose.

Ok, guys unfortunetly, I do have to show some kind of responsiblity here. Snow showers start around 3 or earlier as far as the weather report goes, and to be honest, I really don't want to have to cross that bridge in snow. I'm still not sure. Is there anyway we could possibly move the war earlier? If we could get started at like 9:30 - 10, and I'll leave like an hour after lunch or so, that would work. But we would have to nerf for a while, and thats even considering the park is gonig to be open.

Personally, I'd rather wait. But it's not my call. If you guys do nerf without me, once again, I'll come up another week it's not snowing, and whoever wants to meet me can. So, have fun guys if you nerf, I'm probably not coming only because it's a long drive into that shit. Sorry,

I say we're on for tomorrow. Snow or not, everyone of course be careful when it comes to making any trip. I miss a lot of you guys and if worse comes to worse, we could try another LAN. 10AM sounds good for me. I'll see you guys then.
