All right, I've been working on this wildfire for over a year now and need some suggestions. I'm pretty sure that my current problem is the one-way valve in the end of the pump (see pictures. It's the black thing inside the pump)

Now, I don't have any problem re-epoxying the back of the pump valve back together, but when I pumped I could hear and feel air escaping through the end of the pump tube.

I believe that if I replace the one-way valve, this problem should be fixed, but so far I can't get a good seal with this one. I didn't get a picture of it while it was out, but here's a simple paint drawing from a side view (arrow points to top)

So, anybody know where or how to get/make a replacement for this or maybe how to repair this one.

I've done a lot to this wf and when I'm finally done, I'll write it up as well as my longshot that I've done some original mods to.

Thank you,
Brad

Did this come from the instruction manual for a codpiece?

yawfart?

No you're not going to be able to find that part anywhere. Either replace it with a normal check valve, or consider replacing the stock pump completely.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

check valve! Thank you. I could never find anyone that actually knew the name and it seems that either I can't quite get across what a one-way valve is suppose to do to Lowes people or I always get some moron.

I'll check into finding one small enough and if it works, I'll be sure to post it.
