I was at my local Town and Country convenience store last week, when I saw a cheap knock-off Ja-Ru gun.
I didn't save the packaging, but here is the gun.

It has a manually rotating 3 shot turret.
Its smaller than you think, too.
Compared to a Nite Finder-

Note the tiny plunger tube:

Anyways, I managed to find a small spring that fit decently, and slapped it on.
Add a little lube, and Voila!
RANGES:
Unmodded:
15'
17'
16'
Average-16'
Modded:
26'
27'
31' (I have no idea how.)
Average-28'
So there you have it!
A crap gun made less crappy.

If those darts have extremely had plastic tips and are slightly thicker than normal micros, I have a gun that fired those too. It's a tiny orange NF knockoff; yours looks a lot like that gun by Buzz Bee that has a turret.

It's sad when the shitty knockoff companies are being copied by even shittier knockoff companies sold in dollar stores. It's probably a Ja-Ru gun. That company doesn't even have its own website.

Hey, I saw that same gun at a Grocery Store in the dollar section! The plunger stroke was so small that I didn't buy it.

You should try adding a REALLY loose barrel material. Like 2-3 inches of 9/16ths brass while using Red FBR.

I don't see any kind of turret advance system in there, so I am assuming it fires all four barrels at once?

If that is the case, then are your ranges based on the furthest dart, the shortest dart or the average of the four?

If you are getting consistent 25'+ ranges with just a spring replacement, I wonder what shoving a NF plunger in there might do? (It would take some rigging, and stick out all ugly like, but it might be worth a shot...)

I think it's a manual rotating turret. Also, why put a NF plunger in there, just buy a NF!

Since it is not as easy as it used to be to buy an AT2k, this gun might be handy just for the rotateable turret. I might see if I can find one sometime for integrations that require a 2k turret, without having to gut an 8 dollar gun.

I meant if it was actually firing all four barrels at once, then you'd get a better push for the four darts, hence a nice shotgun effect. But if it is a manual advancing turret, not much use then - except you might have a quicker way to load up your next shot.

I have a couple of those. It is manual rotating, and unlike the Buzz Bee Tek 4 (the blaster in the picture NerfMonkey posted) it only has 3 barrels. I'd also have to say there would be no reason to fit an NF plunger tube in there, you'd have to dremel out the entire top half of the gun, maybe even take out the manual rotation mechanism, and it would be sticking out the back. Trust me, it wouldn't be worth it. As far as I'm concerned, there are only 2 uses for this little piece of junk:
1) Do a spring replacement, replace the barrels with 2"-3" of your favorite barreling material, and e-tape the plunger head. Then it could be a decent last resort weapon, like an SSPB, but slightly better because it has less priming time and a 3-shot turret.
2) Scrap everything except the turret, do a barrel replacement on the turret and use it to Falcon out one of of your blaster of choice.

When speaking about a swallow, always make sure you know whether it is an African or European swallow. It is very important.

If any of you have seen these before, they are small enoguh to fit in the palm of your hand. Probably smaller than a SSPB.

It'd be a nice surprise attack on your friends or something.
