[Mod Watchamacallit]

Hi i just got validated but ive done previous ar mods before. nothing big. I did a medium lvl maverick mod and its not working!!! plz help me

All I see for pictures is a line of red Xs. But it could just mean that your photo hosting site hates my computer.

I'm not certain, but if you didn't put in the part with the post, putting it in (with the post cut off) should help. also, if you bore out your restricters too much it wont work.

Straws? Hm? You did a straw mod? Well, then you probably didn't get a good enough seal. Also, try some capitalization, punctuation, and grammar. That always helps.

Also, it would help if you told us exactly what you did to your gun- not step-by-step, just what you did. You can't expect us to read your mind.

Since you said "medium level" and Baghead's mod is advertised like that, did you do Bag's mod?

Also, what do you mean by "isn't working?" You mean the chamber isn't rotating, no barrels are firing, some barrels are firing, some aren't, your gun is on fire and a Tasmanian Devil on acid is crawling into your gym shorts? What's the problem? If it's the badger, use some Zap-A-Gap and PETG on it. That works for me.

Check your air seal. Assuming you didn't touch the AR's like you said, it's probably the air seal.

Check your plunger tube and straws, making sure there's no blockage whatsoever.

Hmmm you guys are right.... My grammar sucks... Sorry, i'll try harder. Well I did to Baghead's mod with the subway straws=P and my air seal probably isn't good enough. I'll have to try to seal it. The details about it not working are as follows, sometime the barrel doesn't spin right, and all of the bullets don't fire. So its a combination of things, and what do you mean by ar's? All i did was on the back of the barrel (the black part) was remove the ar thing, you know the 3 pronged thing with the hold in the middle, and bore out the inside of the thing that holds it in with the spring. Then i put calk in it and put in a straw while i used a little super glue for a seal. So does that help? maybe with that you can give me a more detailed description on what to do...

You weren't supposed to use caulk. It was expanding sealant foam.

Wow... I'm really an idiot........... I got to cut the straws down a lot.... I't might not work but keep posting guys.

They would both do the same thing... I just didn't have expanding foam stuff.

They would both do the same thing........ So i don't see the problem with that.

All critisism of noobs aside, from looking at your video again, it didn't look like you cut down the caulk much. Or at all. Because in this Dragonteuthis guy's mod, he said you were supposed to cut down the foam so the air restric....................................................... *headslap* you did put the air restrictors back in, didn't you? I totally screwed my first mav by not doing that, and immeadiatly throwing the AR's all away.

EDIT: I looked at your video again, and it seems you did put the AR's back in, but you put AR's then foam. Thats not how it works. You put the straw in, then foam around the straw, then cut the foam and the straw down to where its level, then put the AR's on top.

Yeah I love ellipses....... But your right about that. I'll try it again but one of my barrel screws is striped, and I'm not sure I can get it off. ill try though.
