I have wanted a manta ray for a long time. I decided, since I dont have enough cash to get one, that I would go about making one. Sounds crazy I know.
The Idea started when I was dual wielding my two petg modded single tek blasters (that come with bbbb)
I had the handles together, and it looked a lot like a manta ray to me. 10 minutes and a lot of hotglue, and etape later, I had a shell less manta ray that shoots 40ft. I then proceeded to the shell. My dad is a wine fanatic, so I took an empty wine case and cut out a manta ray like shape out of one of them. I remember hearing that a mantra was a word or sentence that you said over and over again, so I wrote "The Cake Is A Lie" on it as many people like that sentence. Im still at a loss of how to attach it to the single teks, so any info would be appreciated

I too, did something like this, but only alot cleaner(by the way you are describing this). I looked at the sicklefin pictures and that gave me some ideas.

I suggest that you DO NOT use fucking cardboard like a fucking >13 year old!
If you want to make a manta shell do what has been done and suggested as legal and currently accepted as legal.
Remember, if you are trying to block a at2k or a sm1.5k close range, STEFANS PIERCE (well maybe not yours)!
And by the way if you beat Portal and watch the credits you will soon learn why my sig is my sig!
Also, if you have gone to MOST of the aperturescience dot com places you can find out WHY they are friggin obsessed with cake.
Finally, USE PICTURES (or videos). Have you ever heard that a picture = 1,000 words? When trying to explain things, pictures = 1 x 10^100.

Now that is over...
The only way to connect the two and be able to re-attach them is to use brackets but if don't care I recommend to use epoxy, plumber's goop, and/or hot glue to attach them by the middle of the gun in between the slide and the handle.

Drill some holes and use zip ties.
I'd rather use some cool magnet setup, but thats sooo 22 century.
