i can not find a page that say the ezact prosedurs for making stefans

COME ON MAN. Go to either of these sites. Foam Fortress or Nerf HQ. Follow the prompts, like in fortress, go to the ammo section of the menu at the top of the screen. At the HQ theres a link to ammo descriptions, click on the picture of the stefan to go to the construction page.
