So, today i went to take the ARs off my big salvo, and i have two barrel ends sawed off. One works, the other just releases air. The gun has never been taken apart. How do i fix this? Thanks in advance.

The Big Salvo is known to have some quality control issues. You may have a busted tank. I'd recommend looking up Carbon's Big Salvo fixes in the modification directory, that might give you some ideas on possible problems you have, and possible solutions you can use.

I sawed the ends off the barrells.Yes, it is most likely a production defect.
I would just exchange it if you kept the receipt.

You probably got plastic shavings in the valves. Try turning it upside down and pumping and firing it in that position a few times and if that doesn't work use some compressed air.

sand your barells down to make it look like it came that way... also put the "missiles" on the barrels. that should get you by with the store. theyll take it back.

My Big Salvo started acting up after I did a barrel mod, never really did get around to fixing it. Buy I agree, it could either be a busted piece of tubing, or shavings in the valve (or the valve screwed up, but that isn't very likely). It's most likely shavings in the valve, so do like NerfMonkey said and pump it upsidedown, and if it still isnt working get an air-duster and hold the trigger down while blowing into it. Then cycle it a few times through and it should blow the shavings out.
