Has anyone used these yet? My son has one of the other spiderman blasters, which appears to operate in a similar manner.... But it sucks. Not a real trigger mechanism, you pull the plunger out and it catches, then you push on the plunger and it pops back in, shooting the dart. It's not very comfortable to use. If this DT set uses a real catch and trigger mech, it might be a nice little holdout for those times when one is reloading.

No, it's an air gun. You pump it like 10 times and you can shoot 3 shots at different times. I have them, one is PETG, and one is Crayola'd. Id have to say they got 40 ft. MAX. I did NOT plug the pump though. I think they're good for a sidearm for the ROF and accuracy though, and the 10 minutes it takes to mod it.

I own two sets and am in love with them. If you plug the pump and nothing else, which is easy, you can get maybe 50 or 60 feet out of it. With some tubing, they are the perfect integration into your primary. If you search a thread dedicated to the things will pop up.

How many pumps does it take after you plug the pump? I just did'nt because I heard someone say it's hard to pump at like 3 pumps.

are those the same as the spiderman dart tag blasters? they have suction cups. i just havent seen them before.

im actually considering asking my parents to get me those suction cup ones... just because they cost the same as an nf and im sure i could integrate it into something. they have to be better than a sspb.

The crummy ones that they sell with the action figs are essentially the same thing as a Wrist Blitzer, which means they are of the suck, but they'll do the trick as a holdout. I'd rather have a Spidey DTG though, even if it has a considerably longer priming time.

And just so everyone knows Nerf10 still works through 12/31/08 (you all probably knew that, but whatever). It'll only save you 2 bucks, but thats $2 for something else.
