One should operate on the assumption that whatever modification you have conjured, it is interesting or valuable enough to warrant the interest of others. Otherwise, why post anything about it in the first place? Even if only two people on the community find it valuable (which I doubt would ever be the case, look at how many people enjoy the Airtech Jet Squadron mod by Dark Shrimp; and how many people do you think actually own one of those?) the worst case scenario is that the server has a bit more work to load the page with additional pictures. This way, you are more likely to get a surge of messages from people all curious about the modification; Why the massive shoulder stock? what are the ranges? et cetera. Posting a step-by-step write-up should be standard operating procedure for just about anything that is more than painting the device.

So, what did you do to it other than tape unnecessary accessories to it? It looks to me that you still have the stock barrels on there. Also isn't the AT1K a plunger gun? If so then do you really think putting excessive amounts of weight to the back of the plunger rod will help the range? Taking all those things into consideration do you really think anything above 17 feet is realistic?

It looks like it's maybe trying to emulate the BBB's cocking mechanism. Which wouldn't be a terrible thing, especially if he used the internals of a second gun to expand the plunger and plunger tube

That actually would could be cool, at least with a barrel replacement and some other basic mods.

This could be a lot better but I just dont see the point since this really isnt expanding the plunger, it is only making it bigger, which to me is pointless. And why do you have the trigger in the front half? Is it your preference or would it be too hard to move it back?

I don't see what other's are whining about. Yeah, he didn't really do much to enhance the performance, so what? A mod is a mod and if it was to better the ergonomics then it is an effective mod. Besides they're his 1ks, not anyone else's, so stop telling him that his mod is pointless. If his mod is good enough in his eyes then leave it alone, don't rain on his parade because you're so used to seeing uber-suped up mods and you were expecting the same out of this one. Personally, I think it is awesome, I think it's amazing how cleanly he integrated the two 1ks and I applaud him on it.

On topic: Why would you make it so that the faster you cock the gun, the more distance you get. If you're gonna have an air tank why use the cocking handle at all?
