Hey guys...haven't been to this site for ages now, but wondering a few things:
1. Are there any major nerfwars going on around Indiana? I'm at IU-Bloomington, and I didn't take any of my guns with me both because I didn't think there'd be much of a nerfer community here, and more because I didn't have room to carry them here.
2. I need a new addiction. I've been playing diablo for awhile...I'm play FFXII right now but once I'm done with that... I'm considering Rome: Total War, but if you have better suggestions, let me know. (I'm not doing WoW).

There haven't been any major Indiana wars in the last year or so that I know of. I went to a war in ohio and was going to go to another in the winter, but my ride cancelled at 11:00 the night before.
I'm in Columbus IN, mabie we can have a war sometime.

Sweet Jesus... I didn't know that there were ANY Nerfers in Indiana... I'd be interested in a war, if we can find enough people. I'm about 1 hour from Columbus, so...

RTW is a pretty good addiction, I was on it for a while. Make sure you play the campaign with everything on very hard; you may have to start over a couple time but otherwise everything gets very easy very quickly. Also, don't be afraid to jump around factions a little bit... IE start as the Julii, own Gaul, start as Gaul, start another one as the Scipii and own Carthage, start as Carthage, jump between those for a bit... if you play with the same troop types over and over it gets very boring.

We had a war in October just north of Dayton, OH. It's not very far from the Ohio-Indiana border. We also have a large (40+) group of nerfers down in Cincinnati, OH every Friday night. I'm planning another war up in Dayton sometime early spring, so let me know if you'd be willing to come.
