This is what it looks like http://www.diyessent...cts/gp687tn.jpg
Ok So i hot glued it on and got good ranges with it and it gives a little pain when you shoot it. I made 3 of it because it actually works and has a unique look to it.
Here is my final product
Any comments on it . Think its a good idea?

Cons: more expensive, more painful, high likelyhood of damage, the head is larger than the foam so there will be a worse seal with the barrel, also, it won't go into a barrel bacalse the head is too big.
Did i miss anything?

Also I just kinda stole it from my work stool because they usually fall off so I just took them off and realized I was missing more than half already.
A real bad con of this is that it is not as durable as you think contacts on hard walls damage the wood
(shooting on a brick wall..) And i don't think that pain is really a con but damage is.

I actually tested it on my long shot and it only looses 5feet because of its weight.CS:Felt tips as a weight? Keef: If you have a strong enough gun, it would work. But it would be one of those that break glass.
(The wood they use is really light its only a little heavier than the ball bearings i use..)
it is also possible to break windows with this

They will get bad ranges. The weight is too heavy.
I don't think so. They're not that heavy. I can imagine it wouldn't be the same as my 3 BB's scenarios. I'd need a more exact weight of the wood cap. Do you have any weight on the dart other than the wood, Itvill? Because if you don't, from what I'm getting back as results is that your darts aren't too stable. But like I said, I'd need a more exact weight.
So, as far as ranges, it really shouldn't differ that much if the work exactly the same as a regular stefan.

No, as a dart tip. An ideal weight for a micro is .6 to 1.2 grams. I use #8 steel washers as weights (around .8 grams each) and then cover them with felt discs. They're also REALLY cheap if you buy them in a 1lb box. Total construction cost per dart is around $0.009CS:Felt tips as a weight?

and didn't break the glass and I didn't dare shoot it with my singled titan. Its not as painful as you think my sister who dint know took 2 shots for me 1 wood tipped 1 washer stefan(about 2 paces away) . She said ouch to both but when i asked her which one hurt more and she said the washer stefan hurts more because it stings. My theory is the impact area is less for the wood tipped therefore spreading out the force of impact ...

Um what I meant was possible to break windows if you get a gun powerful enough (100+ranged) and shoot it fairly closely. I have shot at a window 5 paces away with my (maverick, Speed loader , {Maxshot 10 paces})
and didn't break the glass and I didn't dare shoot it with my singled titan. That is contradictory. If the impact area is large, the force is spread out, but if it is small, then the force is more concentrated, and hurts more.

With wood and metal tipped stefans at that!, I nominate him for worst brother of the year.
It wasn't a metal-tipped stefan, he just said it was a washer stefan, meaning its washer weighted. Also, I say there is no excuse for her ignorantly agreeing to something like that and then you accusing him of being a bad brother. Besides, us nerfers need others to run our experiments on. *evil laugh* What better candidates than your beloved family members, especially your sister, or in-laws.
