Where in the Cal do you live?~snip~
Uh, it's really scary out right now...the fire started in Simi Valley, moved to Northridge, then Porter Ranch, now Chatsworth, I'm next up on the list.
It's not pleasant. I don't know how much longer my house is going to last. When I go outside it's hard to breathe because the layer of smoke is so thick.
The flames are 4 miles away from my house.

I live in north San Diego county. Bonsall/Vista/Escondido area. Four miles? Jesus, hope everything is okay. The smoke is very visable outside, I walked out and there was just smoke everywhere. I don't think I'll be going outside at all today.Where in the Cal do you live?~snip~

Edit: Smoke's getting worse. This is just...PEACHY! They're probably going to turn off the water soon so they can have more pressure, I should go shower.

Luckily, the winds have died down today, and the temperature is much cooler. The fire fighters have much more control, and the fire is turning away from where I live. It still sucks, it's hard to breathe out, and those bastards in P.E. class made us run a mile...they must be insane. Dozens of schools are cancelled due to pollution, but those retard coaches at my school, 3 miles away from the fires, make us run a mile in 10 mintues or less and play soccer. Dumbasses.
I still feel bad for all those who lost their houses (and their lives). One woman lost 12 animals. The school is very...empty. Very eerie. I'm looking out the window as I type, and the sky is a different color from which I've ever seen. Not blue, or black, but...smoke. Pure, smoke. Freaky. It's like a dark, dark shade of gray. I hope they get these fires cleared up.

"Little (insert child's name here) Was only (age) when he was playing (insert board game name) when he found out the hard way that his brother Slim 'phatty P was involved in a gang, and was shot down with his mother in the drive-by shooting. This is a sad and tradgic stroy. On a lighter note, Gov. Davis has just drunkardly said he will kick ah-nuld's ass. More on this at 11."
I swear it's like a template. And yes, I have ACTUALLY heard our 50 year old newscaster say "Slim 'Phatty P" before on live TV.
