Just open it up and dremel out the ar.

Where do you remove the ars? Through the bottom? He didn't explain it well enough.

The ARs are on the other side of this wall.

If you unscrew the plunger tube, and take out the plunger rod, there is a restrictor up there, use a drill to drill it out, or you could use a dremel to cut the sides holding the AR in place, so you can just wiggle it out. The 2nd way is the hardest because you run the risk of cutting the plunger tube. I also heard taking a long screwdriver and pushing it out works.
Just add a spring though, Cartoon says the AR mod isn't worth doing w/o a spring. So just through in a NF spring.
