I'm pretty sure ACE has a rack of it. That may be my ACE and they had everthing like polycarbonate to acrilic. So check ACE.

True Value has a lot of plastics. They have a cutting section for them too in mine.

You might have better luck with actual plastics shops. Call some local ones and ask if they sell their off-cuts. If they do you can get what you need for cheap. But if not their prices should still be lower than a hardware store.

Commercial Plastics Corp.
3414 4th Ave S, Seattle, WA - (206) 682-4832

Professional Plastics
6412 S 196th St, Kent, WA - (253) 872-7430

Perhaps you could let us know where/how you are getting that information, CaptainSlug. Unless, of course, you want many people to ask you for shops near them.

Of course, people could always just look in their local phonebooks, too.

Local phonebook is the most reliable option. All of my results are from using Google Maps "Find Business" feature to search for "plastics" around a certain area.
