I was trolling and stumbled upon a writer that goes by Washington. I stumbled upon his dead drop site. You guys should check this out.

http://washingotn.me...s.net/index.php

And I think that is a typo on purpose.
But this guy is an amazing writer. I don't know how he does his forum activation, but he is a good writer. Amazing.

[/s]Wow. I'm impressed. [Hopeful] Maybe this will get spread around a bunch, and Jack Thompson will hear about it and mistake it for a video game and say that "Fidel Castro played this game" and make himself look like more of a tool than he already is. [/Hopeful].

I think I'll be the 3rd user there. Maybe I should quote Snakes whole rant about how "war has changed" in one of the MGS4 trailers and submit there. That's not a bad idea at all![s]

I have a reveal post on what Dumpster and I thought of. But he seems serious on the Hegemony stuff.

We're jotting down notes for now. I'm going to type up an essay of all that he's talking about, all hidden meanings, all references. It will take a while and it will be diffucult, but Cole and me are getting to the bottom of it slowly and surely.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. A good nerf gun is like a good woman. It shouldn't require extra lubrication.

Shrimp, I see you reading it, but I urge you not to butt in yet. He seems serious and no offense, but your style of humor may be counter productive. No Offense Mr. Rear Admiral.

What about both? Can you not read what he said? This is earth shattering.

Is there a way I can help?
The Ender series is also a favorite of mine, Sax.

The "Ender" books are probably my favorite series ever. This guy sounds like a very intelligent political entity.

Maybe it's just me but I am not impressed at all.

But I’m just not the angel you knew.

You can argue that it doesn't make you think about our world’s political standing, but you have to admit that it's exceptional writing. I guarantee that it was only because I'm so tired that whenever I sit down I fall asleep that when I first read it I thought it was about aliens.

In terms of meaning and allusion. He was a bit lax to have material for a final copy. There were a few misspellings, the grammar was off at times, and there were points that did not transition as well as they should have, especially for an article. (Take the opener to the second paragraph, for example.) Overall, though, it was well thought-out.

I'm pretty sure I have a hangover. Only instead of being drunk last night, I was tired. A sleep over perhaps?

Anyway, I actually read the article this time (instead of skimming through it) and despite my previous "omg this is teh best article evar!", I'm going to have to side with Forsaken on this one. I just wasn't too impressed.

He tries to be too clever for his own good. He styles himself a sort of "V". but he doesn't send a clear or loud enough message to afford to be enigmatic.

Alice came to the fork in the road.
"Which road do I take?" she asked.
"Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat.
"I don't know," Alice answered.
"Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

Who is this guy? Reminds me of Solid Snake, only i really don't care what he says, and it isn't as good.

penguin: nice idea. I'm gonna watch the ending of MGS2 and jot down the whole thing.

Okay, I really have no idea why you people find this so "intriguing." Quite honestly, it is just stating all the posibilities that anyone who knows anything about the world should know. And the idea's really aren't all that fascinating or original. The whole alien thing just reminded me of Halo.

The quality of the writing isn't even that advanced; I really don't know what all of you are raving on about. Is this some kind of giant joke? I mean a bunch of you seem to be... I don't know, getting really worked up about some lame article on some random site.

This is undeniably stupid.

I have to agree.... If I dont post again within a week, hes sent the aliens after me. Alert the U.N.

Edit: Im not trying to make fun of anyones ideas. It just seems like the message this guy is sending wants to be deep and insightful, but doesnt make it there, or at least doesnt come across like that to me.

Boy, take a week or two off....and then....

It's great work...if you're 12 and spend lots of time playing games on your computer or watching sci-fi movies.

Once most of you get a cold hard taste of reality, most of you will see the whimsy in these well-written (from a writing perspective) but basically senseless novella in progress.

Have fun with it over there, but keep most of it there, please. I'm trying to catch up on what a Recon is.
