I just got my brand-spanking new ERTL rapid-fire shotgun in the mail. For the first twelve shots, it worked. Then I loaded a dart in, cocked, and attempted to pull the trigger. It would not budge. What's wrong?! I never opened the gun or modified it in any way. Please help. ;)

The rapid fire rifle?
Or the double shot shotgun

EDIT: Oh. sorry Ubermensch.
Gotta read slower.

He's talking about the ERTL rapid-fire shotgun which holds twelve shots. It isn't buzzbee.

Think, sputnik.

Is the dart in the way of the turret's rotational path (does it stick out and get caught on a surface on the gun)? Is the rotation mech jammed (you'll have to open the gun for that one)? Did something on the slide, plunger, or RM snap or bend?

Heh, I just realized it has this dumb "safety" that stops the trigger from being pulled. Sorry all.

Don't want to shove balls in tight spaces. Trust me, bad idea.

They were talking about the ETRL turreted pump shotgun.

For your problem though, if you've opened it up, you may have lost the catch spring. The gun would still occasionally cock, but it would go off without you firing.
I think.
I haven't opened mine in a while.

If I were you, I wouldn't mess with the mods, or make stupid mistakes like misspelling their names. I mean, CAVV is really tough on that kind of thing
