I just used E-Tape and wrapped it around the plunger and it has a perfect seal. I added more lubrication of course.
Thanks for all ya'll help.
I love my BBB now. With a coupler, it should do better in a war. I just have to make a speedloader for it. I only thing I dont like is the cocking mechanizim. I didn't measure it yet, but the ranges should be 100 Ft angled. Maybe.

My BBB I left the white flat piece IN, and added a 12 inch brass barrell and it out performs my lanard Sonic Bazooka.
So, I'm GUESSING (Haven't measured), my BBB will get around 90 feet flat.

I have to always cock the gun before reload (Put the dart in) cause then, for some reason I dont know, the dart would only go a couple feet or none at all. If I put the dart in first, then cock it, the plunger won't suck in any air for it to blow out.

Your darts must be really tight. Do you have to twist them in the barrel or something like that?
yeah they are, for some reason, my Lowe began making their CPVC more tighter now. I probably got to go over to Home Depot or something. I dont think it's the darts or the barrel because the same thing happens when I use the Arrows. I guess the seal is too good.
