According to IGN and Gamespot, the Nerf video game for the Wii will be called "N-Strike."
IGN has the game listed as coming out for both the Wii (as previously known) and the DS. The Wii version, at least, will include a new blaster that can be used as a shell for the Wii remote; however, you can also "take the action outside as [the] controller transforms to fire actual NERF darts" (according to Gamespot and previous reports from the Hasbro press conference).
The game, according to Gamespot, will include both single player and multiplayer modes
It releases sometime this fall.
Note: Speculation does not go here, or anywhere on these forums. On the other hand, any additional, concrete information is welcome.
Edit: Added this information to the first post.

It is targeted at 8 year old kids, it will most likely be quite "cony".
Don't want to shove balls in tight spaces. Trust me, bad idea.
For sale: Vintage WWII French rifles. Dropped once, never fired.

I pity the fool who attempts to use a single-shot blaster against me.

I think that most likely it will since it will be a multi-player game and you need to be able to buy additional blasters. This may be a dumb question but does anyone know if you can buy the blaster without the game?
