Upon a search of Google, there are a number of reviews sites such as this. Most of them only review older guns (they are semi-outdated sites), but you can usually get a range of different opinions just by reading threads in these forums. I think just reading the forums is a better idea because you'll get a more extensive feel for how the gun operates and what playing styles would go well with certain guns. Search for a gun and take a look. If you're still adamant on a review site have a look at this http://nerfcenter.com/reviews.htm; from what I've seen they have the most guns reviewed out of any review site, lacking only some of the newer guns and non-Nerf guns.

Edit: You'll find that a lot of guns have a fan-base even if they are considered by most to be "crap". You'll also find a lot of horrible stock guns that can be beastly once modified. I guess it's all subjective :)

The Panda speaks wisely.

Also, check out the Wiki which is being created over at NerfHQ. The blaster list has been completed (Thanks largely to Captain Slug) and has a basic description, plus a short description of the gun's relative capabilities.

And the synopsis provided on said page are obviously generic but are based on my experiences with said gun or what I would consider to be the general consensus of those that have used them. The main goal was to keep an updated list with basic descriptions on the internal workings of the guns. It wasn't really setup for reviewing them since that would involve more opinion than I was willing to add.
Guns that I personally can't stand have their uses. But since I don't use them in the same way I've never bothered to buy them.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?
