Watch tutorials carefully on YouTube, check out mod guides, check out internals pictures in the internals directory. Just a quick hint, it sounds as if you're having trouble with the catch, exam that mechanism closely to make sure it's working properly.

it is still not priming im stuck with the gears i lose also the little roller when i pry out the gear cover
