This has really pissed me off, and I want to know. Does anyone have the complete original process of making plastidip, Matchstick darts, written down? Every single one of Matchsick_Man's posts has been edited, and the website/blog isn't up any more. All that I really want is to know is exactly how you make them.

Edit: Oh yeah, and i did see that little post by lt_spen over at NHQ, saying how to make them, but I wasn't sure if that was directly copied, or if that was his own little modified version.

If you're talking about these:

I found a google cache of some instructions, and modified them slightly. The basic procedure is you get a can of liquid plastidip, dip the end of your stefan blank in it for like five or ten seconds, let it dry, and repeat for four or five coats.

Making mine, I poked nails into the backs of the darts so that I could hang them easier to let them dry. I'll do a write-up next batch.
