I'm fairly new around here, thought I've dropped a bombshell worth of pictures on the paintjobs thread. At any rate, I wanted to offer my painting skills to the community at large. My prices are pretty reasonable, though its hard to just list a set price as everything depends on what the buyer wants. Heres some examples of my work.

-Edit- I always forget this part. When you pm me, I need a few basic things to get started. If you already have the gun you want painted, you're going to have to ship it to me as well as back to yourself. If you don't, then its a simple matter of including money for me to buy the gun (assuming its something still on shelves of course). Know vaguely what you would like when it comes to colors or design, unless you just want me to wing it.

If you have ANY questions, you can PM me, and I'll answer them asap. I'm just dropped a freshly painted pistol on ebay as well, have a look if you're interested, low starting bid with no reserve:

Your stuff is very cool, but how does it hold up? No offense but I like spray paint work better.

I must disagree, you have created some of the most incredible paint jobs I have ever seen. The WarHammer influence really shows. Excellent work.

I can't deny his skilz, but you have to take into account the fact that we work with different mediums and have different style. I only use spray paint with the goal of making my guns still look like nerf guns. where as anyone with eyeballs can see he obviously paints by hand, and his guns look like they fell out of a sci-fi movie, which is freaking awesome.

Jurassic Park, Please don't make this some kind a Paintjob Throudown, Because then I'm positive that someone will bring up Anima, and anyone else who's ever done a cool looking nerf Paintjob, and then Direct Threat's thread goes to shit and we'll see some admin rampage. So let's quit while we're ahead, please.

Now Direct Threat, I recall you mentioning that 2-3 coats of krylon's triple thick=No Effing Way this is gonna be messed up, so I won't question your duraility, because in that part, we have the same methods. Good Luck with your (hopefully) Bountiful Paintjob comissions.

Thanks for the save Bags. Theres no point in debating better, its all the eye of the beholder. I have a lot of respect for your paint methods, its just not something I personally have experience doing. Theres not a "better" here, only eye of the beholder. If you guys like my stuff, awesome, if you like bags' stuff, throw money at him by all means.

As for durability, if you treat your gun like dirt, its going to go to hell. That being said, I use 3 layers of gloss sealer, and not only does it feel just like the original plastic when its finished, but its resistant to dents and scratches. It can take a beating, but only so much.

Yea. Well Direct Threat's longshot costed $80 to paint it! I bet Bags only cost like $10. SO both are working at different equipment.

The BIG THREE at painting(no specific order)
Anima
Bags

That is the type of stuff that brings admin rampage.

But On Topic I say that bags has a lot more experiance then Direct. But I do have to agree that Direct has skills. There Is no doubt that he doesnt have skills.

Now on the other hand Bag's guns are insane and often make me piss my pants. But Seriously, I think that Direct is a good painter and his longshot is the best paintjob that I have ever seen.

Although $80 to paint a gun is a little bit obsurd, I think that it turned out looking good.

Great job both of you and I hope to see more from you guys in the future.

Not that I want people throwing my prices around for everyone to see, I do understand that thats a lot of money for some people. Time invested on project is money that I'm not making elsewhere though. Most of my income comes from cosplay related props, so this was just a natural extension of that. That being said, it takes away from any other work I would do, so I charge for it. Bear in mind how long it takes to take a longshot apart, mod it, remove all the decals, and not only paint it, but spend time constructing a decent paint scheme for it.

I thank everyone for any crits they give, they're welcomed both positive or negative, lets just try not to get ugly in here. As for experience, its really hard to say without knowing the person. I've been painting for over 10 years now, but that wouldn't be obvious just by looking at my work.

I absolutely LOVE the paintjobs. The warhammer 40k influence in the drybrushing and the battle scarring is awesome. Now I may have to invest in a paintjob. You may expect a PM from me once I get enough money to fund this.

Much Appreciated. I just finished a blood red gun, and I'll have another on ebay tomorrow as well. Working on a new longshot and a couple visual mods for some existing guns.

ohmy.gif < My Face right now

You are the king of maverick and Longshot paintjobs. If I had 50 dollars to spend on one of your guns I positively would.

Unfortuneatly I am currently saving for a maxshot and a crossbow. If I have any spare money I will look into buying one of your guns.
